Hey there Parker! Parker and I instantly connected this school year and I am so so so giddy we had the opportunity to connect! I truly believe our relationship goes beyond photographer & senior! We became each other’s cheerleaders and motivators for a year that need a lot of both!

During her time at James River, Parker has rocked the soccer field, NHS, Beta Club and enjoyed the Surf Freshman Mentor Program. Parker also have a love for her academics as well, she loves English and her time in writing classes had made her heart SUPER happy! Parker’s favorite class in high school was Psychology, it inspired her to even go into the field and feels it has become her life’s calling. Parker feels super passionate about the area of mental health and understands how important caring for your mental health is, as she has a lot of connections in the field.

Parker would describe herself as outgoing, compassionate, and self aware and I totally agree with all of them! Parker has a big heart and I am so happy she could be a part of my GGP family this year!

When I asked Parker what she loves do with her free time she told me it totally depends on her mood! Some days she could want to hangout with my friends and explore the city or go to the pool. Other afternoons, She wouldn’t mind being alone and picking up a yummy ice coffee!

Parker’s mom has been her biggest inspiration. She shared that she inspires her because she has helped me these past couple years in the darkest days of my life. Parker’s mom helped pull her out of a deep hole of mental illness and sacrificed so much for her! Parker does in fact, have a super fabulous momma!

I asked Parker what do you want to be remembered for in 20 years? She said “Changing young kids that have depression and anxiety lives. changing the field of medicine in psychology.”

We totally believe in you Parker and know you will make a difference in the mental health profession! We will be cheering you on Parker!
